Primary Responsibilities:
- Assists with the development of the strategy and ongoing management of “top of funnel” lead generation capabilities
- Develops and manages process to move leads through pipeline from lead identification through contract signature
- Develops, communicates, and refines business development and marketing KPIs
- Oversees and executes on the internally developed "Precision BD" process
- Leads internal BD and marketing meetings to ensure we are goal oriented and productive
- Maintains and improves CRM system to effectively track and report on status of key business opportunity pursuits and contact engagement
- Assists with and supports BD and marketing CRM workflows to ensure key activities are happening like clockwork, and the necessary internal inputs and external research are happening timely
- Actively works pipeline in coordination with CEO and Director of Operations to ensure leads are being proactively managed
- Improves the current proposal development process to increase speed without sacrificing quality or accuracy
- Manages strategic partnerships to ensure mutual benefit, including proactive setting of agendas and followthrough
- Supports marketing events we host, co-host, or speaking engagements in terms of setup and follow through
- Supports annual strategic planning process including setting BD and marketing goals
- Manages and mentors a small team including a marketing specialist, BD specialist, and project coordinator
- Understands and can articulate our offerings and how we solve our clients’ problems
- As with any fast-growing company, this role will need to be flexible and happy taking on other responsibilities as needed as part of our collaborative team with a shared mission

Required Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of experience working in a fast-paced, relationship-based sales environment
- 2-3 years of experience managing a team of at least 3 people
- BS/BA in Marketing, Business Administration, Operations Management, or equivalent experience
- Understands the dynamics of the healthcare industry, specifically physician groups and physician networks
- Experience working in and managing a CRM (e.g., HubSpot)
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with clients and individuals within the organization
- Ability to work in and maintain a “startup mentality” to accelerate the introduction of new capabilities and improve existing processes
