Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of financial analyses in support of operational and project leadership
- Create flexible financial models to support valuation, planning, and forecasting
- Conduct industry and market research to support analyses
- Lead efforts to gather, catalog, and review client data, ensuring it meets the project's needs and passes the "sniff tests" of reasonableness and completeness
- Synthesize quantitative and qualitative data from multiple sources and translate into clear, actionable insights for executive, finance, and operations leaders
- Develop recommendations to be delivered to clients through presentations, reports, financial models, and dashboards
- Support project management for dedicated engagements in collaboration with ProjectLead and Director of Operations
- As with any fast-growing company, this role will need to be flexible and happy taking on other responsibilities as needed as part of our collaborative team with a shared mission

Required Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of financial accounting, financial operations, and/or data analytics experience
- BS/BA in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent experience (Accounting preferred)
- Experience interpreting financial statements and claims data
- Experience with data manipulation and visualization techniques and user tools such as Tableau, Power BI, MicroStrategy, etc.
- Advanced MS Excel and intermediate MS PowerPoint skills
- Working knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 20%
- Ability to work in and maintain a “startup mentality” to accelerate the introduction of new capabilities and improve existing processes
Preferred Qualifications:
- Conversational knowledge of healthcare terminology, issues, and reimbursement
- 2+ years of experience in high-growth corporate strategy/operations, investment banking, management consulting, or private equity; experience in healthcare preferred
