Primary Responsibilities:
- Number one goal is enabling the company to generate the target number of qualified leads
- Works closely with marketing on what we are hearing on the street and cultivating new leads from marketing activities
- Executes on PBD process for target accounts, including researching target markets, building out account and contact details in CRM, and assigning tasks as appropriate
- Assists with scheduling meetings/calls with prospective and current clients
- Executes PBD process for marketing events and onsite networking meetings
- Follows up on leads, ensuring next steps are identified, assigned, and completed timely
- Assists with moving leads through the pipeline by ensuring timely follow up of meetings, distribution of collateral, and/or submission of proposals
- Adheres to documented BD/outreach policies and procedures
- Owns ensuring the integrity of our CRM (HubSpot)
- Understands and can articulate our offerings and how we solve our clients’ problems
- As with any fast-growing company, this role will need to be flexible and happy taking on other responsibilities as needed as part of our collaborative team with a shared mission

Required Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience working in a fast-paced, relationship-based sales environment
- BS/BA in Marketing, Business Administration, Operations Management, or equivalent experience
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with clients and individuals within the organization
- Experience working in and managing a CRM (e.g., HubSpot)
- Ability to work in and maintain a “startup mentality” to accelerate the introduction of new capabilities and improve existing processes
